The L-40600 cage-guided pressure balance trim is designed for heavy-load applications. Replacing upper seat with a balance seal ring from a double seat valve it’s applicable for high leakage requirements. With a compact structure and S-streamlined fluid channel the valve body is equipped with a guide wing to ensure smooth fluid flow around the cage and has the advantages of small pressure drop loss large flow rate wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristics.
The trim uses a pressure balance structure and can control high-pressure differential conditions with a small actuator thrust. It is widely used for fluid control in pipelines that require good dynamic stability normal & low temperature normal & low pressure. It features cage cage-guided structure with a large guiding area excellent stability and a compact structure which allows for quick on-line replacement of internal parts high maintenance efficiency and saves labor and time. It has a large flow coefficient and a wide range of adjustable ratios. The balanced trim design ensures the minimum required actuator thrust and saves costs.
