BEIER
The L-40900 uses multi-hole cage guided trim according to the requirements of medium process parameters different pressure-reducing cages are designed to form a multi-stage pressure-reducing trim which makes the fluid consume energy from the moment it comes into contact with the first pressure-reducing cage and gradually reduces the fluid pressure through the cages to prevent flashing and cavitation. It helps to prolong the service life of the valve's internal component. This trim structure is suitable for various process fluid conditions that are prone to blockage flow and corrosion. Unbalanced trim is suitable for valves with smaller sizes and diameters.
The balanced trim can select with:
1. Cage single-seat type (High leakage class small temperature range)
2. Cage double-seat type (Low leakage class big temperature range)
