The R-71800 series Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve adopts the design of axial triple eccentric structure and asymmetric sealing surface which ensures zero friction between the dick and seal in 0-90° rotation and eliminates the sealing surface wear and frictional force caused in rotary control valves. This has changed the situation where rotary control valves require grinding to seal achieving a tight seal by compression.
The valve seat features multi-level structure utilizing the sealing surface formed by the combination of mental and special non-mental materials which effectively protect the valve from leakage. With excellent sealing performance long sealing time they are frequently applied in high temperature services. They are suitable for regulating and cutting off almost all gases and liquids in industrial control process.
