The L20400 series is used for on-off applications. Its circular arc surface sealing and eccentric located pressure relief design can effectively ensure a tight fit of its sealing interface and achieve an ANSI Class VI leakage level. The single-seat circular arc sealing surface can adopt two flow directions: flow to open and flow to close and is equipped with actuators with different thrusts to greatly improve the allowable pressure drop range. For high closing pressure drop a pressure relief double seated trim can be selected. The pressure relief dual valve seat adopts a flow-off design and opening a small trim can eliminate some unbalanced forces. Bodies can be easily modified by change of trim parts with pressure relief double seated trim to provide a wide application for services like cryogenic high temperature and high pressure drop.
