The L-20800 adopts a labyrinthine path cage with an unbalanced trim design, which is composed of multiple cylindrical discs (layers) with labyrinthine diameters distributed on the coaxial surface. According to the different process parameters of the medium, multiple labyrinth diameter specifications and stacked layer arrays are designed to synthesize the valve cage. The valve cage divides the total flow path into many small, circuitous, or even stepped distribution throttling channels, forcing the fluid to continuously change its flow direction and flow area, gradually reducing the fluid pressure, to prevent flash evaporation and cavitation, and prolong the service life of valve trims. Unbalanced trim is suitable for valves of smaller sizes and diameters. (For large caliber specifications, please refer to L40800)
