BEIER
The L-20900 adopts an unbalance trim combined with multiple pressure drop cages. According to the requirements of medium process parameters different pressure-reducing cages are designed to form a multi-stage pressure-reducing trim. This allows the fluid to consume energy from the moment it comes into contact with the first pressure-reducing cage gradually reducing the pressure through the cages to prevent flashing and cavitation and extending the service life of the valve trim. Such an unbalanced single-seat structure ensures a low leakage and it is suitable for various process fluid conditions that are prone to blockage flow and corrosion. Unbalanced trim is applicable for cavitation service with small body sizes. (For large caliber specifications please refer to L40900)
