The L-20230 Cryogenic Fluid Control Valve features a port-guided unbalanced structure, which has outstanding dynamic stability and sealing performance. Plug sealing uses Bellows and Standard packing dual secure to effectively ensure the sealing performance and stable action sensitivity of the plug under deep cold conditions without being affected by low-temperature medium. The valve body and related materials are made of austenitic stainless steel or Ai-Mg alloy that is resistant to deep cooling and low temperature, ensuring the strength of the valve body under such conditions.
The seat is guided by an unbalanced and quick tear-down structure and an external extraction upper bonnet can be selected for sizes below DN100, thus making online maintenance convenient. Balanced inner parts, or special cage inner parts such as noise reduction and anti-cavitation can be selected according to the working condition. (Please refer to the related inner parts structure control valve for specific inner parts description)
